These terms govern your use of the Wilderbum game and the wilderbum.com website. By downloading or using the game you accept them. The service is provided by [ŞİRKET UNVANI / LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we").

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. On iOS, Apple's standard end user license agreement (EULA) also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, these terms govern use of the game and your rights towards Apple are those in the EULA.

2. Account

  • You can create an account as a guest, with Sign in with Apple or with Game Center. If you change devices before linking a guest account, your progress may be lost; link your account to prevent this.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may not sell, transfer or share it.
  • Age limits and rules about children are in the privacy policy.

3. Username and conduct

Your username is visible to other players. Usernames with profanity, hate speech, sexual content, impersonation or contact details are not allowed. Also not allowed in the game: cheating, exploiting bugs, automation and bots, attempts to disrupt the game or servers, and harassing other players.

You can report and block players in the game. We review reports. We may change a username that breaks these rules and restrict an account temporarily or permanently.

4. Virtual currency and items

  • Gold is earned by playing. Gems are bought with in-app purchases and can also be earned in small amounts by playing. Gems buy cosmetics and ammo directly and can be converted to Gold.
  • Chest Keys are earned only by playing and cannot be bought. Chest odds are shown in the game.
  • Virtual currency and items are not your property; they are a license we grant you. They cannot be exchanged for real money, sold or transferred outside the game.
  • Purchases go through Apple or Google and refunds follow their rules. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • We may change the price, effect or availability of items to balance the game.

5. Intellectual property

The game's name, code, art, audio and other content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission. You may share screenshots and videos of the game for non-commercial purposes.

6. Availability

We keep developing the game; features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance. If we shut down the online service we will announce it a reasonable time in advance.

7. Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Termination

You can delete your account in the game at any time. We may close your account if you seriously breach these terms.

9. Governing law

[Laws of the Republic of Türkiye, courts of Istanbul, pending legal review]. Consumers may also use the courts and consumer bodies where they live.
